For shipments all over Greece the cost is €3.50 until 5 kgr and €6.5 from 5 kgr to 10 kgr. If your order is from €100.00 or more then it is free. The cost can be changed in case of large volume or weight, always after consultation with the customer.

What happens if the product returns?
Our store gives you every right to return the products you purchased due to a defect, either because you changed your mind and wish to replace them, with others up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish. The return of your products may take place within fourteen (14) days from the original receipt of the product.
In any case, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received, without damage and in their original packaging, in excellent condition along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. ITT, retail, etc.). Prior to each return it is necessary to have prior consultation with our company either by phone + 30 2314025463 or by e-mail.
For each return, we send the cooperating Courier to your place to receive the products. The return / change of products costs €5.00.
Ιf the reason for the return is due to our shop, then the entire amount of the order is returned to the customer.
If the customer returns the product according to his wish, then the shipping costs are deducted from the amount of the return and it is 3.50.
